MindSpace by Mind Clinics
An empowering space for mind and body through wellness activities, education, psychosocial support, and community-based programs.
What Is MindSpace?
MindSpace was created with well-being at its core.
As the wellness branch of the Mind family, MindSpace was founded to complement the clinical services of Mind Clinics with a wellness and community centered approach.
MindSpace fosters empowerment, connection, and meaningful engagement by hosting a variety of wellness activities, psychoeducation, specialized psychosocial programs, workshops, and mindfulness practices.
From weekly yoga and mindfulness sessions to lectures, wellness events, and structured recovery-oriented programs, MindSpace brings together individuals, families, professionals, and communities in a shared environment grounded in support and human connection.
Why MindSpace Matters
MindSpace is essential because mental health is nurtured not only in psychiatric or psychological sessions but also through everyday practices, guided activities, and community-based programs that help people reconnect, reflect, and grow. Supportive programs like Minerva Adult Care and Horizons offer bespoke guidance and group support, while activities such as workshops, yoga, mindfulness, and other wellbeing opportunities provide practical tools for self-care. Together, these help MindSpace create a softer, more accessible path for people to care for their mental health before, during, or alongside clinical support.
Programs and Initiatives
MindSpace brings together specialized programs, wellness initiatives, and community-based experiences designed to support diverse needs.
Wellbeing Activities and Events
MindSpace offers activities that support mental well-being beyond traditional therapy settings, including yoga sessions, mindfulness practices, workshops, and community well-being experiences.

Horizons is a psychosis recovery program built around connection, belonging, and reintegration. The program supports individuals living with schizophrenia and psychosis in moving beyond symptom management toward meaningful engagement with themselves, others, and everyday life.
Rooted in recovery-oriented psychosocial care, Horizons fosters identity, agency, independence, and social connection through structured therapeutic and skill-building experiences. The days are structured around group therapy, occupational therapy, physical activity, social engagement, and value-based activities (cooking, music, gardening, and art), as well as community interaction.
